About Me
As long as I can remember I’ve always been drawn to the miracle of birth. For a little while I debated being a Labor and Delivery nurse, I just didn’t like hospital standards, so I chose a different route.
I was a nanny for 6 years off and on, mostly for their first year and absolutely loved it, but I knew it wasn’t what I wanted to spend my life doing.
Once I found out about Doulas, I was SOLD! I could support women in their most vulnerable time, while experiencing their greatest moments with them! It is everything I’ve ever dreamed of it being and more! I wouldn't want to be doing anything else!

My Mission at Cozy Beginnings Births
My mission with Cozy Beginnings is to provide comfort and peace-of-mind to growing families. It is extremely important to have the proper birth and postpartum support so families can thrive from the start.
During your pregnancy and birth, I provide continuous physical, emotional and educational support for you and your family. Anything from hands on comfort measures like counterpressure and massage to being your personal guide through the unknowns of labor. I’ll make sure you feel safe, heard and incredibly cozy as you welcome your baby.
During your postpartum, I’m there to nurture healing mothers and support tired fathers by filling the gaps and tending to the home so you can focus on bonding with your little one. Or even take over for a few hours to let you catch up on much needed sleep. I fill any holes that need it!

Services include:
I will be on call after 37 weeks
Continuous labor support for you and your partner. I can help with labor positions, counterpressure, TENS and more to help increase your comfort
I can offer basic lactation support
I will be there for an hour or two after birth to answer any questions and make sure feeding is off to a great start
I am a Cricut crafter so all babies will receive a Cozy Beginnings shirt- with the option of shirts for parents
